MARCH 11, 2020 – Harrison High School senior Landen Stephens will play college football at the University of Central Arkansas, formally committing to the school on Wednesday morning.
Surrounded by his friends and family for a signing ceremony at Goblin Arena, Stephens became the ninth member of Harrison’s 2019 varsity football team to announce his intention to play college sports.
Eight of them will play football at various schools in Arkansas and Missouri, while one will play soccer. Additional Harrison student-athletes are expected to announce their college decisions later this spring.
Harrison High School graduates have attended more than 50 different colleges and universities in the past five years, and the Class of 2019 alone secured more than $3.8 million in scholarships.
