A huge shout-out to Mrs. Strough's fantastic first graders for kicking off the new season with an incredibly creative art project!
Celebrating the changing of seasons and all the beautiful fall leaves they bring, Mrs. Strough's students were challenged to look at an ordinary leaf and "think outside the box" to transform it into something new. The results are now proudly displayed on the walls at Skyline Heights Elementary, and they are guaranteed to make you smile!
The imagination on display is truly inspiring. Students completed the statement, "First it was a leaf, then it was a ________," with brilliant ideas - and we can't wait to show them to you!
Great job, first graders—what a fun way to welcome autumn!
