The Harrison High School College and Career Coaching Team led a successful trip for several HHS students to the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) Bear Facts Day on December 5!
Bear Facts Day is a premier preview event for high school seniors, and our Goblins took full advantage of the opportunity. The students spent the day exploring UCA's campus, getting an inside look at the academic colleges related to their interests, and learning about campus life. They attended the Bear Fair to connect with various academic departments, student organizations, and support services, and participated in breakout sessions on vital topics like Financial Aid, Housing, and Student Success.
The HHS Career Coaching Team deemed the day a huge success, stating: "Had a great day at UCA Bear Facts! It’s always a great opportunity, and the students learn so much!"
We are proud of our students for taking this important step in planning their futures and are grateful to the Harrison High School College and Career Coaching Team for organizing this valuable experience.
