It was a night filled with Goblin Pride at last night's Board of Education meeting as several students and staff were celebrated for their outstanding achievements on both the state and national levels.
FBLA National Qualifiers
The Board was proud to recognize our Middle School FBLA students who have officially qualified for the National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, Texas! These students have demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication to earn a spot on the national stage. Please join us in congratulating: Cooper Boswell, Ryan Freeman, Bellah Burns, Paisley Taylor, Kinsley Jennings, Kooper Ramsey, and Addison Wiggs.
Key Club & "The Promise Project"
In addition to our FBLA success, the Board highlighted the incredible impact of the Harrison High School Key Club and their initiative, "The Promise Project." This project, which provides formal wear and a boutique experience for students at no cost, was recently featured nationally by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP). The Board recognized student visionaries Izzy Russell and Victoria Macedo, alongside HHS Key Club Sponsor Kyndall Jenkins and Principal Jay Parker, for their work in ensuring every student feels a sense of belonging during high school milestones.
Whether competing in business or serving their peers, these students and staff members represent the very best of Harrison Schools. Congratulations to all who were recognized!
