Members of the group have created commercials and radio ads, participated in the community Christmas parade, helped with drug take-back events, and supported Red Ribbon Week activities at HMS. They have also spoken to middle school students in their classrooms about substance abuse and set up informational tables during lunch to connect with and educate their peers.
Since its first year, Project IGNITE has seen its membership grow by more than 100%, showing the strong interest students have in being part of something that makes a positive difference in their school and community.
